  • Project Value £1.0 Million
  • Full scaffold to 8no. elevations providing continued access to all access points throughout the school.
  • Replace all 207no. timber window of various sizes & shapes across the entire building to match existing fenetration, whilst enabling the school to continue a full timetable.
  • Replace all sets of perimeter doors to match existing Patterns & fenestration, incorporating ironmongery and a secure door entry system inc. all power.
  • Carry out repairs to brickwork across all elevations inc. Quoin cappings to roof playground perimeter. Pointing repairs as required.
  • Decorations internally to all main corridors and main halls to each floor.
